Then a long industry dinner put us in the same room. What started as polite conversation turned into a heated debate about branding, strategy, and whose approach actually worked. Nobody won. But somewhere between the third coffee and a brand map scribbled on a napkin, something clicked.

We weren't competitors. We were two halves of something bigger.
